Ægishjálmr plate

Ægishjálmr also known as the Helm of Awe, an Icelandic magickal stave used for protection while in sacred ceremony and/or before battle, either drawn on the body(between brows/third eye), armor or shield. This symbol was said to literally invoke terror in those considered an enemy, this was also a charmed symbol to fight against sickness and the abuse of power. I personally wear this symbol in pendant form everyday, and when needed drawn over my third eye; in my practice this is a great symbol against psychic attack stopping it dead in its tracks.
Utilize this plate to charge your drinks, spell candles or to just invoke this energy into your home. Incantations to direct this energy more personally is highly recommended. An incantation is a series of words creating a spell, charm or invocation; similar to affirmations and manifesting workings.
